Floyd was a member of the Free States and a resident of Harpers Ferry.
Background[]
Floyd was told by Horace to search the converted munitions factory, having heard rumors of the former Radiation King establishment being turned into an ammunition factory. Floyd found an abundance of ammo there, giving them a good stockpile for an armory they had at a farm in Harpers Ferry.[1][2]
