I received an email requesting that i…

I received an email requesting that i pay my account in 24hrs as a final warning on Cloudways as oper below. I paid this account seeing we should act its been hours and my servers have not been restored am so not happy please cloudways if you hear me my 14days and 24 hrs have not expired at the time of writing this review. All i need is my servers restored my timeline has not expired as per your warning.

We have unfortunately not heard back from you despite sending multiple reminders about your unpaid invoice of USD 95.58.

Please note that if we don't hear from you within the next 24 hours, your account will be suspended along with the deletion of your server(s) and data.

You can pay the invoice by logging into your Cloudways account and updating your credit card information. You can also pay via PayPal or you can add funds to your account.

If you have terminated your server(s) in the last month, then this is your last invoice for the service rendered in the previous month.

Should you have any queries regarding your invoice, please contact me at your earliest convenience and we'll gladly assist you.

Biggest SCAM company ever

Biggest SCAM company ever. They don't pay commissions to their affiliates & gives lots of excuses like their customers did not renew their plans & other NONSENSE.

When contacted their official account on twitter, they reply like this:

"We apologize for the delay in responding. As per our terms, the user must be active with healthy servers. Of the 11 of your sales that were pending, 10 have deactivated/canceled. "

This is how Cloudways uses affiliates to get their products promoted & then don't give us the commissions mentioning nonsense excuses.

It's not possible that, out of 11 customers, 10 customers have canceled their accounts... If it's like this, that means, their services are of extremely worst quality & no-one should promote it or use it.

They scammed me. I kept on promoting their SCAM product & they kept on stealing my commissions

According to our Affiliate Terms, sales are approved once the referred client pays two complete invoices.
We've noticed that the clients didn't pay the first or two complete invoices in the cases you mentioned. Additionally, to qualify for payouts, customers need to be active users of Cloudways at the time of payouts.

I have been using their vultr server…

I have been using their vultr server for nearly a year.
Hosting is a service industry. They sell servers like vultr and DO at double the price.
But I personally don't have any expectations for cloudways customer service.
I asked them about cron-optimizer and got completely different answers from two customer service representatives.
In addition, the bill in May was wrong. I contacted the customer service for escalate, but there was no response for a week. I contacted again a week later and said I was very angry. The online customer service took a screenshot of the specific usage of the server for me (which means that the previous customer service could have done it, but he didn't want to), confirming that they were indeed wrong. He said he would solve it immediately, but a few days later, a simple error in their bill (I don't understand why this error occurred, everyone should be careful), they did not make any corrections.
There have been many cases in the past where bot-protection was disabled for no reason.
I feel that their products are terrible. For marketing purposes, they mixed a lot of things together. Check breeze plugin review on wordpress...
For example, they cooperated with patchstack, but the most important virtual patching was not provided.
Their autonomous products were not ready for launch. Be careful when using them. You have to delete the application, but they are still charging. They prompt you that the contract must be terminated in a corner you can't see, and there is no prompt on the page after you delete the application.
Sorry for poor english.


update: Even though the customer service sent me a screenshot to prove that their bill was wrong, and after they contacted me after I wrote this bad review, they still insisted on not updating the bill and did not respond.
What's worse is that they added the server with wrong usage time last month (which was not used this month) to the new bill in June. I completely avoid this company.

Easy to understand platform with great…

Easy to understand platform with great performance. I like that they offer Vultr (which I use) but also have alternatives. That wide variety of options increases the chance I'll stick with Cloudways.

Quick and easy assistance without having to overexplain my scenario to multiple reps because he took the time to go back and read the previous chat. Gave me a direct image with instructions on how I can easily perform the task which saves me and you guys time in the future! Excellent example of an elevated customer support experience.

I have been with cloudways for years

I have been with cloudways for years. For some reason my last invoice went unpaid and due to illness I missed this. They cut off my sites after just 2 days! I will be moving on and looking for a better company. Cutting the servers after just two days is so so poor. Quick edit to the reply and for anyone reading this. If for some reason the payment fails (In my case my credit card was blocked for suspicions activity, buying a train ticket!) and you happen to get ill at the same time your sites are gone. I have been a customer with cloudways for easily over 5 years and paid every invoice. I'll stand by my review. Cutting off the servers at such short notice is just wrong.

We notify immediately via email upon charge failure or insufficient funds. A reminder is sent after 24 hours (including an SMS alert if your contact number is available), urging you to rectify the situation to avoid service interruption. If the invoice remains unsettled after three days, your applications and servers are suspended, with deletion following after five days. A final reminder is sent after seven days regarding the potential permanent deletion of server backups if the invoice remains unpaid. Exceptions can be made upon customer request to extend the due date.

Wouldn't recommend this service even to my enemy

Worst service I've used in terms of customer care. They are so money hungry that they will literally DELETE your servers, they release your public IP in 48 hours with total disregard that it drastically affects your buisness. I've used 10s of other services before and 48 hours for such abrupt actions are the lowest company actually went. I wouldn't recommend this service even to my enemy.

Do not trust them ,‼️ nightmare to cancel your account then after they close your account, they still take money off your card 💳or bank account .
There is no way to contact them to stop them taking your payments 💵

Amazing Support and Lightning-Fast Service!

I recently had a server issue with Cloudways that I needed urgent help with. Thankfully, Javiria from their technical support team came to the rescue! Not only did she fix the problem in just a few minutes, but she was also incredibly polite, patient, and helpful throughout the process.

I had problem with payment and they kill my server after 5 days i use this service from 2022. This is totaly bad because you lose your trafic and rankings. No warning no nothing! Bevare they dont think about their clients

Always there to look out for their users!

I've been using Cloudways for my small web agency for years and couldn't be happier with both their product as well as their technical support.

Just today, I was having a small hiccup when migrating a site, but I knew that if I reached out to their help desk they'd get it all sorted out right away.

Brijesh took a quick look, found the issue, and immediately corrected it so the migration went through flawlessly.

This level of help and support is unmatched. Thanks Brijesh and thanks Cloudways!

Horrible performance for our server

Horrible performance for our server, eventhough we just upgraded it. Furthermore your support was just as horrible when we pointed out the server was slow.

When we first moved to Cloudways a year ago, the experience was good and the server was quick. But all that changed a couple of months ago. Poor performance and very poor support

Amazing support

Cloudways has great infrastructure and UI, and for amazing value compared to competitors! What wowed me was the support. Ali and Hamza both gave me very, very quick support and solved my issues within minutes, and were even willing to explain to me how to prevent such issues in the future. This is by far the best hosting service I've worked with, and I have years of experience with five such companies.
