Emad is very patient and knowledgeable…

Emad is very patient and knowledgeable ! He could have drop our convo when I went to the loo but no, he patiently waited for me to return not even knowing if I'll return to continue the chat. Such a trait for a Tech Support Person is highly commendable. I would highly recommend that Emad be given a positive rating by Cloudways.

Poor service - AVOID

We used their services. However they continued billing us when we transferred their account to another agency. They continued to argue with us. They take your card and continue taking unauthorised payments. I would avoid this company.

Great Experience!

Sidra was very helpful, patient and courteous in her dealings with me. She was also a whiz at solving my problems every step of the way. I have been dealing with a web design company that has not been a great experience in anyway. I was constantly reminded how I am not technical and do not understand what is happening. Horrible ! However, I have much more confidence working with Cloudways and the support staff. Sidra was excellent and I feel very fortunate to have had her assistance through my issues.

Horrible company

Horrible company and horrible invoicing. Shut down my server months ago. They sent me an invoice. I paid for it. The next month, they sent me another invoice. They said it was for some add-ons. I said "ok, it's kinda strange the addons are activated when the server was turned off." but I paid it anyway. For the past 3 months, they have been sending me invoices, demanding I pay for services that have been paid for already and turned off for months. When does it end? Seems to me like your server management might be the problem, not me.

An invoice is generated only if there are any paid add-ons associated with the server. If you have already deleted the server and deactivated all the add-ons but are still being charged for them, please send us your registered email address and invoice via DM on Facebook or Twitter (X). Avoid this scam

Avoid this scam. They continue to bill you after your server deleted. They will not provide any refund and blamed you for not bringing this matter to them earlier. Even so, they will not refund for the recent months if you had brought the issues up to them. Literally a scam company.

I am always impressed with how…

I am always impressed with how Cloudways has always supported our business. We were affected by Corona Virus back in 2019 in Kenya and thus times have been very hard to recover our business. Despite that, Cloudways has always come through for us. Thank you Ali Raza for serving me well today. Blessings to Cloudways!!

Service and training tips above and beyond

Perfect. I don't know how to thank all of you for your help these last few weeks. I felt taken care of.

A few of you have gone way above and beyond on service... it has been truly outstanding customer service. I work primarily in Mountain time in the afternoons to evening, Bilal, Hamza, Syed and Shilpa kept answering my questions assisting me but giving me tools to help myself. I went from no site, multisite to single site and they were right there with me. My three applications are working well thanks to them and what I have learned.

Cloudways for the WIN!!!!

A gentleman named Shamoon helped me at my lowest. I had a project due in a few hours and he got me over the finish line. I am so happy with my Cloudways support and would be lost & or broke without them. This has been by far the best host I have used and love that I have experienced NO DOWN TIME AT ALL. If you're Shamoon's manager, give this man a raise!!!!

Moved to real person quickly!

The chatbot did a good job, and when I wasn't comfortable with the answer it moved me directly to a real person who was able to answer my questions quickly and thoroughly.
