How to Watch Replays
If you’ve set up a brilliant outpost in Meet Your Maker, you may get a kick out of watching the replays of other players trying to get through your obstacles. You can do this at the replay station next to the Command Center in the Sanctuary. In addition to being fun to see people fall for your traps, this can also help to improve your defenses. But the action isn’t limited to your outpost. It will also show the raids you have completed in case you want to watch yourself in action and catch a clip to share. You can delete your replays in this menu as well.
Replay Raids On My Outpost
When you open the replay station menu there are two options on the left-hand side. The first is Raids On My Outpost, which will display other players’ attempts at collecting your outpost’s GenMat. You can filter these on the right-hand side drop-down menu by All Raids, Succeeded, Failed, Unwatched, and Social Raids.
Replay My Raids
The other option is My Raids. This will show the raids you’ve performed at other players’ outposts. You can also filter these by All Raids, Succeeded, Failed, Unwatched, and Social Raids. They are sorted by the date and time you achieved the raid with the latest run at the top and the earliest at the bottom. You will find the creator's name, your death count, how long the raid took, whether or not you got the GenMat, and if it was a social run or not. You can also view the profile of the builder of each level.
When you watch replays on Meet Your Maker there is a timeline at the top of the screen that is labeled with significant moments in the raid, like deaths and GenMat retrieval. Below the timeline, you will find replay options to skip ahead or rewind to the next significant points, pause, slow down or increase the viewing speed, pause, and hide the timeline and viewing options. To exit open the menu and hold down the button to return to the sanctuary, found in the bottom right corner of the menu.
