"Keep Yourself Alive?" is Sol Badguy's classic theme. Composed by Daisuke Ishiwatari, it first appeared in Guilty Gear. It has received two vocal arrangements.
It was revised into a new version for all versions of Guilty Gear X and Guilty Gear XX called "Keep Yourself Alive II", although it is replaced by "Starchaser" in the Korean version of Guilty Gear XX ♯Reload. One last revision was made by Ishiwatari, called "Keep Yourself Alive III", that serves as Sol's Dominance theme in Guilty Gear 2 -Overture-.

- The track is named after Queen's 1973 song of the same name, "Keep Yourself Alive".
- In the XX version, at 52 seconds in, a riff used is similar to "Feedback", the opening theme of Guilty Gear XX and updates until Guilty Gear XX Λ Core.
