Appearances[]
The flooded city center appears only in Fallout 76, introduced in the Expeditions: Atlantic City update part two, America's Playground.
Behind the scenes[]
During the first release of the Public Test Server for America's Playground (v0.2.1403.1), many of the storefronts in the flooded city center (such as Richard's Haberdashery and Steve & Sons) had signs that were created out of pre-existing block letter assets, or did not have a sign at all, as the area was still in development. With PTS version 0.2.1413.0, these stores were given unique sign textures for their locations. The same update also made some other minor changes to the flooded city center, including the addition of many floodlights and fixtures around the area, to better highlight points of interest.
