BE WARE!!!

BE WARE!!!

Dreamhost is the biggest scam in the market of hosting providers. I don't even know how they got all these positive review. the don't have customer support chat you have to pay 8$ for their agents to call you.

Great and responsive communication

Great and responsive communication, they kept me informed of the progress as they went. Gave me the option to test the updates to my site via a staging environment first.

The Dreamhost Experts also helped me idea a problem caused by a plugin that had enabled pintrest buttons on my site which were also impacting performance.

My site's performance has improved significantly, I am very happy with the outcome

DreamHost's ProService To The Rescue

After hackers did considerable damage to a website I manage, I engaged DreamHost's ProService to assist. They went above and beyond for my organization, rectifying all the damage done, maintaining excellent communication throughout, and offering great advice for how we can avoid such attacks in the future. I was thoroughly impressed by what they achieved in such a short period of time.

I've hosted my websites and blogs with Dreamhost for years!

I've had hosting with Dreamhost for years and their service is always topnotch. Whenever I have had issues - I have always received thorough, detailed and timely instructions and responses. Great communication from a team of talented and knowledgeable professionals over the years.

Absolutely legendary customer service

Absolutely legendary customer service! They found our lost data from their now-offline old server and brought it back, when they absolutely didn't even have to! Cannot thank these guys enough!

Overall, great

I've had some bitter, bitter arguments and fights with these folks due to policies, but never due to the mechanics of the product and service. They have ALWAYS straightened out my glitches, quickly, fairly, and competently, knock on wood.

Muhsin and Sakshi helped me migrating…

Muhsin and Sakshi helped me migrating my hosting from GoDaddy top Dreamhost in a very efficient, kind, and quick manner. They answered all of my questions fast, always trying to make sure I had everything I needed during this process. I highly recommend Dreamhost client support team (and highly do not recommend GoDaddy’s).
