I have been with Liquid Web for fifteen years. Why? Their support. It is always there and very good. The only issue I have had in the past couple of years is if I raise support late in the night, I get an offshore call center. It is most likely a call center in Mumbai from the accent. I give them an average rating of "2" out of five. I know they are cutting cost like everyone else but it will hurt Liquid Web in the long run. I only contact support during the day which is always excellent.

Technical support is great!
I talked to Miles and Rob and got my HTTPS and WSS set up in about 20 minutes.
Bluehost took 2 days and never completed the task.
A2 Hosting took days to respond to a ticket and never completed the task.
DailyRazor responded slowly and it took several attempts and only completed HTTPS.
I would rank Liquid Web in the top 3 of web hosting providers.

I have called support a few times since I'm a bit new to using Plesk and I can honestly say Liquidweb has, hands down, the best customer support that I have ever encountered! Every support person I have spoken to has been very knowledgeable and more than happy to help me.

No matter which hosting company you take, you always, at one time of another, need to contact support to get some help because of issues (either email, server being down, etc.). The difference with Liquid Web is that you actually get the help from someone anytime (day or night) and that they work with you to fix the issues quickly and effectively. I really recommend them!

I recently talked with a member of Linux Tech Support, Alex Silkin, and he helped me solve a major technical issue. He was very patient with me on the phone and was very knowledgeable about the issue. I really appreciated his patience and understanding as I have never faced this problem before. We covered a lot of things during our phone conversation. Not only did he resolve the issue, but he also explained some important concepts to me in a very clear manner. Liquid Web is very lucky to have Alex on the team!

LiquidWeb support is almost always great. But a recent experience with Krissy from support was stellar. She went the extra mile to make sure the issue was completely corrected, communicated everything to me, and took the time for pleasantries which made me feel like I was dealing with a human rather than a robot (like so many other places). Great job!

I feel like when something is down, I will know, which means that it can be fixed if needed. And, if there's something that could be better, they will suggest it. Although I can "talk the talk" a bit about the tech stuff that LiquidWeb does, I definitely can't "walk the walk" and I feel like they make it about as easy as it can be for me to run my business without being a techy person.

Now I have to say claiming that your customer service is excellent is one thing but proving it on a daily (national holiday) basis is another. Stellar support from Liquid Web again. The reason I recommend Liquid Web for my clients and anyone also asking is primarily their tech support ticketing system. Posting a tech support ticket gets an almost instant response and is handled with courtesy and appropriate urgency.

Immediate response from a knowledgeable person. The problem was diagnosed within minutes, leading to a requirement for me to take some actions. Once I completed those steps, the Liquid Web support person successfully finished their part. Everything resolved quickly. Thank you!

I have had a dedicated server with Liquid Web for over 3 years. I stay with them because of their quick and responsive customer service. No matter what time of day or night, I can get quick help with any website or server issues I may have. I have had dedicated servers with several companies in the past. Liquid Web takes care of me.

I have been with Liquid Web for over two years and loved their uptime and service. They responded quickly to service tickets on the few times I have had to use one. I upgraded to a larger VPS. The migration started slow (about three weeks) due to some confusion and clarification of which control system to use. Once I called Michelle at support, she immediately recognized the problem and brought Robert into the picture. Robert went to work and had our old server completely and perfectly migrated to the new one in a couple of hours. He was patient and answered all my questions.

Your tech rep Oscar Donovan crushed it! We had our site not loading SSL on the homepage but all the other pages, SSL worked. Oscar, jumped into A/B testing and looking into the code, within minutes suggested we look at removing or replacing the video on our website header. He said at times the video source or video name itself can cause a rejection for SSL security. So while on the call I turned off the video, refreshed and BAM the site loaded with SSL. Not too many ppl would look that deep, know what to look for and nail the issue right out of the gate, Give this kid a raise and promotion, he will be a top tech for your company!!! A+
We have since changed the video name and everything works - thanks Oscar!
