Absolutely Terrible!

I signed up with LiquidWeb after experiencing good support in some limited exchanges. Once migrating across, the issues never stopped. All our emails started getting filtered into people's spam folders. I spent day after day on the chat support where each staff member would tell me they were going to set all the SPF/DKIM info for the domains. I would then check back later and nothing was done. After 10 days and so many frustrated clients, I asked for instruction and then went and changed all the records myself. This still did not solve the problem, however, but then I was told since one of my accounts had been hacked at the previous server and had been sending spam emails, my IP address was blacklisted and that there was nothing they could do. On my previous hosting plan, all my domains were separated with different IPs so they couldn't affect each other this way. I asked if I could get another IP address and they told me that it wasn't possible and that "Networking" wouldn't allow it. They told me the only solution was to purchase premium business email, which bumped my monthly plan up by $22. I had no choice but to set it up and move 12 email addresses there. During the migration, countless issues took place again, but they offered no support. Later, I learned that they resell Rackspace email hosting, so what they could do was limited. Of course, this wasn't explained BEFORE I signed up. Once again, I was on my own. After spending another couple of days, it was finally resolved. Now, 2-3 weeks later, and finding very strange communication between my clients and I, with some becoming quite frustrated, I realized that my responses are never making it to them! Some emails I had responded to 2-3 times and nothing was getting through. My projects have been completely stalled! Of course, once again, after reaching out to LiquidWeb support, I am told that all my emails are going through according to their logs, and therefore it is a problem on the receiving end. Nope, the fact that this only started happening after moving to this so called "premium" service has nothing to do with it. It's 100% my fault and I'm 100% on my own again. NEVER EVER EVER in 15 years have I had such a bad experience. I've hosted with many companies. Even in places where I thought the support wasn't so good, at least everything worked. This place is a joke! BEWARE!!!!

Disonesti ed arroganti ma SPIEGO PERCHE'

Abbiamo avuto alcuni domini ospitati presso Liquidweb per tanti anni e specialmente uno è rimasto nei loro server circa 25 anni.
Nella posta di quel dominio passava tutto il nostro lavoro e quindi era fondamentale che tutto funzionasse bene.
Ad un certo punto era diventato impossibile scaricare la posta e il mio IP da cui mi connettevo al server era continuamente bannato.
Ad un certo punto ho indagato ed ho capito che LiquidWeb aveva ceduto in blocco migliaia di clienti piccoli come me ad un altro provider all'ingrosso di nome DELUXEHOSTING che però allo stesso costo forniva un servizio pessimo
Ho cercato di risolvere i problemi con il nuovo provider deluxehosting ma non ci sono mai riuscito e purtroppo avevo già pagato un intero anno di servizio.

Ho contattato di nuovo tante volte Liquidweb a cui avevo dato i miei soldi: 25 dollari al mese, quando in Italia si può avere un buon servizio per 25 euro l'anno, ma questi mi hanno sempre detto di rivolgermi a deluxehosting che però non ha mai risolto nulla.

Oltretutto ho cercato inutilmente di farmi rimborsare per il pessimo servizio ma è stato completamente inutile e Liquidweb ad un certo punto mi ha pure cancellato l'account impedendomi di scrivergli per spiegare i miei problemi.

Un mio amico residente negli USA è stato rimborsato, trovandosi nella mia stessa situazione mentre io ho dovuto aspettare che finisse il periodo già pagato oppure potevo andarmene prima ma perdevo tutto.
Quindi, NON SPRECATE I VOSTRI SOLDI in un hosting negli USA che poi alla fine si tengono i soldi e vi danno un servizio pessimo come nel mio caso.

We've had some domains hosted at Liquidweb for so many years and especially one has stayed on their servers for about 25 years.
All our work passed through the post of that domain and so it was essential that everything worked well.
At one point it became impossible to download the mail and my IP from which I connected to the server was continually banned.
At one point I investigated and I realized that LiquidWeb had sold thousands of small customers like me to another wholesale provider called DELUXEHOSTING, but at the same cost it provided a very bad service
I tried to solve problems with the new deluxehosting provider but I never succeeded and unfortunately I had already paid a full year of service.

I have contacted Liquidweb many times to whom I had given my money: 25 dollars a month, when in Italy you can have a good service for 25 euros a year, but these have always told me to turn to deluxehosting but it has not never solved anything.

Besides, I tried in vain to get reimbursed for the bad service but it was completely useless and Liquidweb at one point I also deleted the account by preventing me to write to explain my problems.

A friend of mine resident in the US was repaid, being in the same situation while I had to wait for the period already paid or I could leave before but I lost everything.
So, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY in a US hosting that eventually keeps the money and gives you bad service like in my case.

Very very bad!

Very very bad!

Slow servers and NOT "heroic support". Their unprofessionalism costed us millions. They say they manage the server but they leave it not updated. You need to call 3 to 5 times to get a knowledgeable person and then... he starts working on your case and ends the shift and the next one doesn't know what the previous did.

Caused us great damages because Liquidweb doesn't have proper backup system.

Also, they are too expensive.

I made a serious business error while …

I made a serious business error while signing up with liquidweb hosting 18 months ago. They call their support staff heroic, nothing could be further from the truth. They have not got a clue what they are doing, leave you hanging for days and resolve nothing. Please do not make the same mistake , i suggest you obtain hosting services elsewhere.

We were with them for years and they …

We were with them for years and they were great but now they just stink. We have had outages the last two weeks and not one of their reps can solve the problem. They are fast to respond which is good but I would rather company that takes ownership of a problem and solves it in full. They will probably be taken over by AWS if they don't go back to giving good service with stable servers.

I also warned them at least 3-4 times that I would review them if they didn't fix our issues and each time they said it was fixed only to have it break hours later.

Shocking Customer services

After 10 years with Liquid web there level of service has become unacceptable taking well over 48 hours to respond to a support request which has caused damage to my business. Would not recommend there services and will be moving my business away from then asap
