The support is generally great

The support is generally great. My sites were faster on wpx, but kinsta has a lot of tools that wpx doesn't have, even though it's a lot more expensive. They do updates on the server which took my site offline without warning, that really sucked, so I'm reducing my review

TOP NOTCH

I migrated my Woocommerce site's hosting to Kinsta 9 months ago and have been thoroughly impressed ever since. The server resources and performance are significantly better than those provided by our previous host, and the tools we now have access to are more diverse and powerful compared to the limited set we had before. Furthermore, the customer support is of top-notch quality, and the live chat feature is simply brilliant because the support team is fast, efficient, and knowledgeable. They are always willing to go the extra mile to help and nothing is too much to ask.

I've hosted with Kinsta for 2+ years…

I've hosted with Kinsta for 2+ years now, and I've probably had dozens or close to a hundred support tickets. Each one has been answered promptly and the problem solved. Moving here was the best decision I made for my business in 2022.

Top quality professional hosting company

Selecting Kinsta as the host for our news business was one of the best decisions I've made. It just works, the infrastructure just feels rock solid, the performance is great (when coupled with Cloudflare), and the support has been outstanding every time we've needed it. Well worth the price.

Top support team. Dependable Hosting

The support team at Kinsta are all very knowledgable and willing to help. I haven't had any experience in which I think the support team member that handling me is just clocking-in and clocking-out.

They are all very eager to help and assist us.

Kinsta support is always great, its slowed down a little since you have gained popularity but its consistently great so I dont mind. The only WP host I trust.

I was able to close in a short time.

I consulted about DNS settings. I received a reply quickly, and I also received the investigation results without any delay. As a result, I couldn't configure it as initially desired, but I'm satisfied with the support as they proposed a workaround.

Very expensive... but worth it

Very expensive.... but.... can you put a price on peace of mind?

I've been growing a website for several years. During that time, I've used several different hosting solutions.

Each of our previous solutions caused intermittent problems which meant hiring consultants to create 'fixes' that never really lasted.

Looking back on it, I spent many years with the worry of hosting issues at the back of my mind.

That was until mid 2023 when I moved to Kinsta. I found it hard to justify the price at the start (900+ p/m), however, the peace of mind it has given me is more than worth it.

The support are competent and respond in a timely manner and the performance is top-notch.

It used to be great and so simple, now is hell

It used to be great and so simple, I was sooo excited to find Kinsta, like all my problems gone. I migrated at least 6 of my clients to Kinsta and somehow managed to convince them to pay a "PREMIUM" price.

Now it became a hell, like a real one. Double-Caching system together with CloudFlare, after every change you need to spend your life clearing both cache until changes appear. My website is regularly blocked by ddos attacks and nothing can stop that. I can't justify Kinsta's existence anymore, they should drop $10 USD per year like GoDaddy.

We are able to perform a further investigation on this unusual occurrence with the assistance of our malware and abuse team to arrive at a conclusive solution. Please get in touch with our support team if you would like them to escalate this case to the malware and abuse team for additional investigation. Regarding caching, we would recommend you perform development tasks in a cache-free staging environment as it would make the development process a bit easier since you won't have to contend with caching, then you can simply push all the changes to live environment once you are done.
We hope that once we've been able to sort this situation out, you will find the most stable, secure, and performant version of our service to date.

Kinsta handles everything you WANT it to.

Kinsta has handled so many of the details that stress me out as a WordPress developer.
CDN, SSL, local environment setup, deployment, and publishing from Staging to Production.
Don't miss DevKinsta as a local environment as you build things too. It has been over a month and it is amazing and the metrics are nice too. I've used several hosts in the past and I'm truly become a fanboy of Kinsta.
