Support team does magic

These guys have helped me many times. Every time I sent a request, it was fixed quickly. And you know what? It was really fixed; I didn't have to send a new request about the same problem. Fast, friendly, and professional. It's pleasant to deal with them. I highly recommend their hosting as it's effective, has a user-friendly interface (which is not always the case with hosting companies), and an amazing support team!

Good thing is Kinsta is upgrating to…

Good thing is Kinsta is upgrating to its best version and giving ease to clients for example, CDN url migration, custom staging version with backups, custom billings and now SSL permanent auto renew but what can be improved more i would like to share below:

1. File Optimisation:
- Particular CSS and JS minification intead of all at once.
- Remove Unused CSS
- Load JavaScript deferred
- Delay JavaScript execution from particular plugin like wp-rocket plugin
- Combine minified CSS and JS

2. Web URL interface to access server files as filezila and all does not allow to zip selected files from the server.

3. A way to add security headers without contacting support team for CSP and other headers.

4. Provide a way to change basic admin url, basic wordpress url structure, hide theme and plugin name from url, encrypted code while seeing view source from webpage,

5. A firewall with 2FA fucntionality like Wordfence .

I hope i have shared the best as per my knowledge and if this all is added then kinsta will become unmatchable.

Kinsta = Excellence

Kinsta has been our host for three years now. In all that time, we have always considered it the epitome of service excellence.

The fact that we proudly carry its logo on our site is a testament to our extremely high level of satisfaction with the Kinsta experience. Never for one moment did we consider shifting to another host – even after a recent increase in pricing.

With Kinsta’s highly professional, fully managed hosting, even someone without experience can easily deploy and manage an excellent WordPress site. We never have to worry about infrastructure or server management, but instead focus on the raison de’être of any website – content.

Leveraging the Google Cloud infrastructure with highest-end servers and global availability, Kinsta is tops in terms of server performance, loading speed, uptime and server security.

Excellent support & speed

I've used Kinsta for my own Wordpress sites, as well as those of clients, and they have always been excellent.

The speed and ease of use is great, but the best thing is their support. Always super-helpful and very quick. I haven't been able to stump them yet!

Kinsta has a fantastic support team and…

Kinsta has a fantastic support team and I've been very happy with their service. I've had frustrations at times with access but that's down previous developer settings but even when for data sharing reasons they can't help you they'll try to get a fix. They might be more expensive than some suppliers but I've never had an issue with their service.

Probably the best hosting provider

I'm running quite a resource extensive ecommerce website, running on Woocommerce. I have around 30 plugins or so, trying to minimize this number, but this is the best I could do. There were some hick ups here and there during migrations and installation of some plugins, or even hacker attacks, where I reached out to the team at Kinsta, and they always responded within minutes. Their response was not even helpful, but sometimes they went beyond and above on how to solve the issue and optimize the website for optimal performance. :)

Great response time, you do what you say. Cant ask for much more. My only complaint is the recent change which made it difficult to switch between companies.

Regret signing up for Kinsta in the…

Regret signing up for Kinsta in the past...

Kinsta used to be great. But nowadays, it's terrible. If you want to have some basic features like increase PHP memory, something you definitely want when using Elementor and plugins like Crocoblock to work fluently.

You used to be able to get the best support there and a very good solid hosting. But that's in the past. If your browsing for a host for your WP/ Elementor site, skip Kinsta.

Everything was going fine

Everything was going fine, until Aug 2023. The PHP updated, took my website down and has destroyed my organics which are only now starting to recover (and I am a one man band). Admittedly, I should have updated everything, but the response form Kinsta was dreadful. After discussing the issue, they just left me high and dry and eventually agreed to allowing me access in order to make some changes. I had to rebuild my website on my own whilst it was down, which would have easily bankrupted the business had I not had enough knowledge to do a rebuild. I have cancelled my plan now and moved to a host that have confirmed if the PHP updates in the future, they will roll it back and allow me to work on the site whilst it's live and still selling. It caused huge amounts of stress and they couldn't care less. If you are not a corporation with huge amounts of staff working on PHP updates all the time, stay well away.
