On July 4, 2024, the Polish data protection authority (UODO) announced that the public consultation on the revision of two of its guides to make them more understandable and responsive to contemporary issues had concluded. The UODO has now published the comments provided by 39 entities on the first guide on data processing in employment, and by 21 entities on the second guide on responding to personal data breaches.

Furthermore, the UODO stated that it will analyze the collected comments, respond to them, and take them into account when developing the updated guides.
