Great customer service. Getting on the phone with someone who can help is super easy and fast! They are always genuinely friendly, patient, and helpful. The best!

I have been using godaddy for more than 10 years always great ! Today Eric was the worst customer service agent but then I called back when he was so rude and nasty but my other agent was great!

Excellent Service

I am involved with some organizations that use websites and have agreed to help update, revise and improve these important communication tools. I worked this afternoon with a GoDaddy agent and got answers to all of my questions and resolved the issues with each domain! Great support and service!

Great company to work with

I have had great service with this company and have been with them for quite a few years. They have great tools to build your own website or they can do it for you.

I've been in business 23 years and I am comfortable recommending them to my friends

GODADDY OVER RATED. DISHONEST

Trust pilot over rates all businesses! Not accurate!
Godaddy very poor! Unless you use one of there pricy techs to resolve simple tasks ie
-. Delete basket! Items you never ordered!
2. Delete webpages you never ordered!
3. High transfer fees for domains you own !
4. Tech help basic Free assistance There is none! No help just hit and miss!
6 very politically motivated staff left a lot of non citizens. With a problem .
7. We are a disabled veterans group for public good I been trying for a month to set up webpage but once the staff discovered we were military things went south fast.
We should have to pay for a tech to delete the order basket! Nor delete webpages!
We received messages like sorry cannot assist you!

Not able to access my account is not…

Not able to access my account is not acceptable!
I was currently in a session working on site, then it logged me out several times asking for authentication. The purpose for the 2sv was to be logged in securely.
All of this happenend once I designated a user on my account. The security with Godaddy needs to be reviewed and authentication needs to be updated.
This temporary wait is costing me and my team money. Not a good look Godaddy.
Over 14 yr customer, not satisfied at this point

Godaddy more like goscammy stole my money didnt provide goods

ordered 3 domains through godaddy was charged the charge is on my credit card and somehow the domains i bought are "still available" so anyone else now can buy them and they arent anywhere in my order history and I dont own them despite paying for them

trying to speak to someone is terrible no one is answering the damn phones il wait on hold for as long as it takes and if needed will be contacting capital one to get my money back from these thieves

Bought a domain for $25 and got charged $300 after a week.

Bought a domain for $25 for a year, then literally got charged $300 after a week! I had my automatic payments off, every single one of them as soon as I bought my domain. Their website builder also forces you to pay. Namecheap is so much better.

Go daddy product support is very important to me. I run my own company therefore I am responsible for everything and it nice to have a web builder company who cares.

Very frustrating ,Go Daddy mail creation is taking more than 72 hrs ,still shows we are still setting up the acount ,if the payment is made ,why it takes so much time ,our number of days are reduced due to delay

GoDaddy customer support is second to none!!!!

GoDaddy customer support is second to none. All companies that provide product support should follow GoDaddy's support model. I have never had a support experience that has been less then 100% positive.

In the age of ai and auto responders, godaddy’s live person call is very helpful and is the main reason why I continue to use Godaddy for my domain name and hosting services. They are professional and extremely competent.
