I had an issue setting up my domain due to CNAME Error notifications

I had an issue setting up my domain as the CNAME record was giving me an error message . A fantastic support agent -called Manuel from Lima office - Peru -helped me tremendously . I was anxious to get my ecommerce website fixed as soon possible as I had a deadline for completion, Manuel was very knowledgeable, professional and patient throughout the whole process . Thank you Manuel for your help. You Rock.

Professional and helpful

The representative was very professional. He went above and beyond to resolve my problem. In addition to that he kept me entertained and educated on extensions to my current products that can help me boots my business. He knew how to break down complex concepts for a novice like me.
Based on the explanations, I made an informed decision and believe my business will benefit in the long run. Thank you so much Nyle at GoDaddy!!!

The representative was very helpful

The representative was very helpful, answered all my questions and never made me feel like my questions were stupid. Call gave me satisfaction in understanding how things work and peace of mind that everything was fixed. He never once was unfriendly or judgemental as some reps have been in the past. Not everyone is a computer genius. Great representative.!

Tyler eliminated the threat to my business email

My business email was compromised and Tyler directed me on how to eliminate the problem quickly. He even helped calm me down as I was at a loss on how to handle the situation.
I have only had to call upon GoDaddy several times in the 10+ years I have used them, but they as ALWAYS professional and know what to do!

My rep Gregory was absolutely AMAZING!

My rep Gregory was absolutely AMAZING. He helped me understand EVERYTHING. I was purchasing an email and domain and he helped me understand all the pricing levels when I was confused. It took me a long time to complete my purchase due to some technical and password issues I had with the Pay Later program with Karma. Gregory stayed online the line with extreme patience and support, and I was able to make my purchase and feel comfortable that I was able to stay within my budget. I love GoDaddy and I have been with them for years. They are the best tech support & business company!

The service i received from John errol was nothing short of mind-blowing! Smooth and efficient - left me wanting more! but i had no other business to discuss! Customer services is not dead

Customer services is not dead
I don’t like dealing with customer services Personel because of many disappointments in the past; nevertheless, after trying to set email address for nearly 3 hours, I bite my pride and called customer services and little that I knew, there was an help angel on the receiving end name January and goes by Jane. January was kind, patient, and best of all able and willing to help. She should teach and train most of her colleagues.

Chris was very resourceful

Chris was very resourceful. He provided examples he showed me step-by-step options. He explained my product package that I’ve been a customer for over a year or about a year and didn’t know I had I subscribed to Go Daddy website. It’s pretty much all that I knew so I really appreciate and you have a great Sales person on your team

I had an issue with my username

I had an issue with my username, password and email. I recently purchased a domain and a bundle. However after setting I was unable to log in and also was not able to send emails successfully. The agent was very helpful and patient. She quickly resolved the issue.

I called with questions on the status…

I called with questions on the status of my domains and was helped immediately. They answered my questions and took the time to explain the situation and gave me the links I needed to complete my tasks. The courtesy and professional treatment I received was as good as I have ever received and much better than anything I normally encounter.

Great and execllent customer service, kept her promise to calling me back at the exact time I gave her. Fast, friendly and I could feel the smile on her face. She attented to my needs in a professional manner. My problem was resolved within 20mins.

Best Customer Service Ever

Initially with Square Space to build a website for our business. Literally zero customer service assistance. No phone contact at all. Switched over to Go Daddy where they were on the phone with me immediately. I spoke with someone on multiple occasions who assisted me in building my website for our business and offered to help me set up our email. Highly recommend Go Daddy!!

I called to see if there was anything that could be done to reduce the cost of our Website. Rob was very pleasant and explained that we are on the cheapest plan. I was disappointed but Rob was very understanding and apologetic.

If I could put a zero I would

If I could put a zero I would. Email seemed to get hacked been on phone twice never fixed it then did a text conversation and that takes 5 min to get a response I’m going to quit and use the crappy gmail. Won’t waste another dollar to a company that just tells you change your password change your password we are watching your account in the back. Ha liars!!!

Takes an hour to get through on the…

Takes an hour to get through on the phone on average, you get helped and figure out your problems as long as you get a knowledgeable representative which is usually 1 out of 10 people you connect with, if you have the patience to wait and get connected. I’ve spent days texting, calling, emailing and I still have the same problems that no one there can seem to help with (especially the foreign call centers, no offense). It’s crazy how a company that helps you build websites has such an unfriendly user site itself. I’ve saved all the screenshots of the texts and call times and it adds up to wasting way too much of my time.
