Excellent Chat-Support around the clock. Running GCE Google Cloud Engine with Prestashop Onlinestore for a very demanding customer. All issues were solved quickly. A real lifesave team at Cloudways (* this can be deleted: Gerhard from Germany, running a fashion website)

I've been using Cloudways for almost a year and have been amazed at just how good their service is.
The platform is easy to use, allows for rapid development and the support is amazing. Always seem to be able to get an instant resolution to any issues.
I've had no issues with downtime and they are always adding new features. This service just allows you to develop and take sites live without having to have any worry regarding hosting which is great!

Trustworthy, I use them for hosting on most of my projects and they provide a very reliable service. Loading times are very fast and you can select which server you want, in what part of the world, to further increase speed.

I've tried like 20 hostings and cloudways is the best one. Really happy with it. I just had one problem, one time i forgot to pay and the server was deleted, maybe there is a way to restore it but I think not so be sure to always have money on your card and backups off site.

Perfect Service and Perfect Support I found at Cloudways! After test VPS at hostgator, godaddy, bluehost and digital Ocean. With Cloudways, I use best of Digital Ocean with a premium support that works fine! Best Service on Net.

By far and away the single best decision I made for my company. I walk away from 28 months of already paid hosting service and have not regretted the move for a second. The pricing is more than fair for the speed and service you receive. I have the Digital Ocean $17.00/month plan and it is lightning fast!
How's the support? I don't think i ever had to wait more than 10 minutes ( which was rare, it was usually a 30 second wait) to get support live online at all hours. Some of their instructional material is lacking in direction and a bit to generic, but at the end of the day it's so easy to use and the support never fails to help.
I highly recommend Cloudways to everyone i hear mention hosting. Since joining it's actually been funny how many headaches I had and didn't even realize and now i see others fighting the battles I have left behind thanks to the team at cloudways. There is a piece of mind when you know that someone will answer quick when you need them. Do your self a favor and make the switch.
