There are no templates in the Payment Center that can be created for consumer and/or corporate ACH payments.
However, clients can create a template in the Employee section for their payroll, reimbursements, child support, and tax payments.

Bill Pay is a method customers use to pay companies directly from their checking accounts. Payments to company are processed via either ACH or Check.

Yes. The login process uses intelligent functionality that captures sophisticated digital elements of your device. If any unexpected results are detected, the system will prompt for an OTP, a secure multi-factor authentication method that functions like a token code. The OTP process requires you to enter a single-use code that you will request during the login process and receive outside of the online banking system.
If you feel like your login credentials, Universal ID and Password, or one of the communication methods you use to receive your OTP by might have been compromised, contact your Primary Administrator and Client Services at 877-550-5933 as soon as possible.
Yes, there will be change in the future as we continue to enhance the security and simplify the login process for our digital online platforms. We will provide you notice on changes when they occur.

No. The billing is a month behind. You will not be charged the monthly maintenance fee for your enrollment month or following month.
