Papers' superpower is to find papers. He lives in the Red River Assisted Living center, “For the Gifted Child”, where parents dump their kids with “shit powers”. In An Animated Short Where Pissed-Off Supes Kill Their Parents, he kills his parents. However, at the end of the episode, Homelander, comes and kills him and his friends.

- Paper Manipulation: Papers possesses the ability to manipulate paper, allowing him to attract and reshape it with his hands, He uses this power to locate paper.
- Paper Sense: Papers possesses the ability the ability to sense paper, and can use this power to locate specific papers though this power isn't very efficient.
- Superhuman Hearing: Papers possesses superhuman hearing, allowing him to hear better than humans. Like all Supes, he can hear higher frequencies that humans cannot.
