Anthony "Tony" Hale (born September 30, 1970) is an American actor and comedian. He primarily voices Doctor Psycho on Harley Quinn but has also voiced several minor characters:
- Felix Faust
- A man and a hench in "New Gotham"
- The lead goon and a man in "Riddler U"
- A snow rat in "Thawing Hearts"
- Steve in "The Most Culturally Impactful Film Franchise of All Time"
- A Businessman in "Potato-Based Cloning Incident"
Outside of Harley Quinn, he is known for his role as the neurotic Buster Bluth in the comedy series Arrested Development and Gary Walsh on the HBO comedy Veep (2012-2019).
Hale has also appeared in feature films with roles such as Ben in In My Sleep (2010), The John in The Heat (2013), and Agent James Suggs in Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Road Chip (2015). He has provided voice-work as Furlough in The Tale of Despereaux (2008), Ross, Mime, and Cyrus in The Angry Birds Movie (2016), Mime in The Angry Birds Movie 2 (2019), and Forky in Toy Story 4 (2019), as well as Archibald in the DreamWorks show Archibald's Next Big Thing (2019-present).
