"Shadow Conned" is the ninth episode of the second season, and the 22nd episode overall, of the Double Dragon animated series.
Synopsis[]
- Countdown betrays the Shadow Master after being chastised for bumbling a mission. With help from Countdown, the Shadow Khan hypnotizes Daj and causes him to throw the Dragon Claws in the Black Flame, freeing Khan from his prison. After dominating the Shadow Master and taking control of his Shadow Warriors, Khan launches an attack on the Dragon Dojo.

- This episode marks the final appearance of Chop and Blaster.
- First appearance of Shadow Khan's true form after being released by Countdown from his seal; and as a result of his betrayal, the Shadow Master traps the latter inside Shadow Khan's seal as punishment.
- Since the Dragon Claws are thrown in the Black Flame as a result of Shadow Khan's true form, this leads the Lee brothers to gain their ultimate forms when they're given a Dragon armor crafted by Kami.
