The John F. Ostrander Federal Building is a large commercial building located in Midway City. The top levels of the building serve as a surveillance station for A.R.G.U.S..

Battle of Midway City[]
It was here that Amanda Waller was located at the time of Enchantress and Incubus' attack on Midway City. In order to safely evacuate herself, as well as test her new project, she orders Task Force X to Midway City and secure her exit. After her staff oversaw the deletion of classified material, she systematically executed all remaining personnel to ensure the security and secrecy of her operations.[1]

- The location is a reference to John F. Ostrander, who instigated the modern incarnation of the Suicide Squad. Ostrander is also the creator of Barbara Gordon's Oracle persona, which debuted in Suicide Squad #23.
- John Ostrander makes a cameo appearance as Dr. Fitzgibbon in The Suicide Squad.
