Goat Head Priest was the alias of a member of Joker's gang.

Assault on Arkham Asylum[]
His only known activity with Joker's Gang was participating in the raid on Arkham Asylum to rescue the Joker, during which he shot a few Arkham security guards with his machine gun before being gunned down himself.[1]

- In the movie, Goad Head Priest is shot and killed by Arkham Asylum guards before reaching Harley. However, in the novelization he's present and apparently unharmed during her shock treatment.
