Founders Pier is a pier not far from Amusement Mile on the north shore of Gotham City, New Jersey. The pier is old and rotted, long since abandoned, and statues line the waterside edges.

Hunt for the Bertinelli diamond[]
When Roman Sionis finally got his hands on Cassandra Cain, or more specifically the diamond in her digestive tract, he fled from Harley Quinn and Huntress, ultimately crashing into a fence at Founders Pier. He pulled Cassandra down the pier, into the fog. Harley gave chase, and teamed up with Cassandra to take Roman down.[1]
