[Resolved] SWBF II Missing Progress After May The 4th Update

The problem hasn't resolved for me on xbox series s,my progress has not returned. cards are still inaccessible, appeances, weapons, modifications are all still locked. Levels still reset to 1 when I play that class.

Reinstalled the game recently and discovered that I am still suffering from a progress reset. All of my cards, milestones, skins etc. from 6+ years of playtime have been reset. The only thing that is still accurate is the trooper and hero levels, although I found out they also get reset if I use said trooper or hero in a match (Darth Maul is now back to level one for me instead of 100+ after using him in a match). I have contacted and talked with EA support TWICE about this, response times take forever and no body seems to have a clue what's going on, so I'm feeling pretty hopeless at this point.

what do you mean "RESOLVED"? nothing is resloved! i still have no progress, everything is locked! lmfao....

this thing was not a bug it just happened right now in a match ranks set to 0 heros being loked and cards not working
