I signed up for Nexcess

I signed up for Nexcess, and then I ordered my domain name on Nexcess. But the order did not work. Nexcess addressed the issue right away and got the issue resolved fast. I am happy with their work!

Outstanding Support from Nexcess for Over a Decade

I have been using Nexcess services since 2008, and I have never been disappointed with their support. They are always prompt, accurate, and incredibly friendly in their assistance. Today, they quickly resolved a mistake I made with the database in my WordPress site. As a web designer, I have recommended Nexcess to many of my clients, and they are all satisfied. Please keep up the excellent work!

Never have I received such immediate…

Never have I received such immediate and flawless customer service. The support team was on top of my issue with a cohesive sense-of-urgency. My support ticket was addressed by no less than three different support staff and they never missed a beat. My issue was solved within 24hrs to my complete satisfaction. AAAA+++++ service!

Support Team behaviour

Every thing is Good but in General problem in some members of Support Team . some of them i had very bad experience with them like Savoi .and helpless not useful lost our time for 3 days but in vain but from other hand have good members like Sundeep and Vijith ... so kinly check your staff and udit them .

Everything about Nexcess is Ace

Everything about Nexcess is Ace. They assisted me in migrating my site from Bluehost, who, after an update on their server, deleted my website...by mistake. It was down for at least one month.

Bluehost's support is copy/paste the majority of the time.

Hosting with Nexcess is like comparing night and day. Evolutions in front of Bluehost and their support....fantastic. Not scripted. Real conversations.

If you are with Bluehost, do yourself a favour and switch, even if it's to another hosting company, Bluehost would have to be the bottom of the barrel hosting.

Been with Nexcess for over 20 years

I've been with Nexcess for over 20 years, which should say something about how great they are. I've never had an issue with the people or the service and whenever I had a problem with my site they would be quick to help me remedy the issue. As long as I have a site I'll be a Nexcess customer.

I am really impressed!!

To start off with, there was virtually no wait time before I was on with a technician!! I'm so used to being on hold with businesses... well for a long time... this was so refreshing and is a great first impression.

I spoke with Luke Knight who was fantastic. He quickly understood what my problem was and showed me exactly how to fix it. His English was Great!!! and he was easy to follow in his instructions. Totally recommend him!
