Agnews Asylum

Agnews Asylum was an asylum located in Lynwood, Illinois.

History[]

Angela Azarath was imprisoned in the asylum.^[1] Dr. Adamson visited the asylum, taking a newly-brainwashed "Nuclear Stepdad".^[2] Rachel Roth and Gar Logan went to the asylum to attempt to rescue Rachel's mother, Angela, but they were captured. They were followed by Dick Grayson and Kory Anders, but they too were captured. They ultimately all escaped, taking Angela with them, before blowing the place up.^[1]

The land was developed into a supermarket named Super Super Mart in the years following, and the lower levels of the asylum survived the fire. While exploring the remnants of the asylum, Kory discovered a mysterious illustrated children's book containing disturbing images of a child destroying the Earth and herself, Dick, Conner, Gar and Jinx seemingly dead with a raven watching them. Tim Drake also uncovered old recordings of the past, one of which revealing that Sebastian Sanger is May Bennett and Trigon's son.^[3]
