SpongeBob's slices are clones of SpongeBob that appear in the episode "Boss for a Day."

Description[]

The slices are sponges that wear a white vest, a black belt, and brown pants. They look exactly like SpongeBob except that they are flat as a piece of paper, because SpongeBob slices parts of himself off to create them, hence their name.

Role in episode[]

While SpongeBob is the boss of the Krusty Krab for a day, multiple things go wrong and he struggles to deal with everything that happens by himself. To solve the problem, SpongeBob cuts pieces of himself off, creating the slices. The slices then assist him with all of the problems that happen at the Krusty Krab. However, later, when Patrick keeps the door open for too long, the slices all blow away due to being as flimsy as paper.

Thankfully for SpongeBob, Mr. Krabs is not too angry at him for not being able to keep up with everything.

• These are the third series of clones of SpongeBob to be shown in the series. The first were the ones from "Overbooked" and the second were the ones from "CopyBob DittoPants."
  • These are also the first SpongeBob clones to be created by SpongeBob himself and not by someone else. In "Overbooked," SpongeBob's clones are created by one of Sandy's inventions. In "CopyBob DittoPants," Plankton uses his copy machine to create SpongeBob clones.
