Guilty Gear Series Story Digest Comics is a short manga series meant to help players new to the Guilty Gear series. It gives a quick overview of the story before Guilty Gear -Strive-, covering the main events leading to Guilty Gear Xrd -Sign-. Afterwards, readers are encouraged to watch its Story Mode cinematics.
With composition by Scenario Technology Mikagami Ltd., it was illustrated by Sumeragi. The comic's translation and direction was handled by Arc System Works. Originally published as a webcomic, a physical booklet was distributed at the company's booth during Tokyo Game Show 2023.[2]
