Homunculus refers to a specific artificial life form in the Guilty Gear series. They were created in the research facility known as Frasco. Homunculi look like humans, but they are much more advanced in many ways. They adapt very quickly to their environment, can easily regenerate necrotic tissue, and can control their telomeres to achieve much longer lifespans than their human peers.
A.B.A is the only homunculus to appear in the series so far.
