As the General Mahamatra, Cyno leads the Matra and strikes fear into the hearts of researchers of the Sumeru Akademiya. In spite of this, Cyno has a fun side outside of his role in the Akademiya, as he has an affinity for Genius Invokation TCG and constantly cracks unfunny jokes.
Normal Attack Performs up to 4 consecutive spear strikes.
Charged Attack Consumes a certain amount of Stamina to lunge forward, dealing damage to opponents along the way.
Plunging Attack Plunges from mid-air to strike the ground below, damaging opponents along the path and dealing AoE DMG upon impact.

Constellation Level 2, Ceremony: Homecoming of Spirits: "When Cyno's Normal Attacks hit opponents, his Electro DMG Bonus will increase by 10% for 4s. This effect can be triggered once every 0.1s. Max 5 stacks."
Performs a swift thrust, dealing Electro DMG to opponents along the path.
When Cyno is under the Pathsworn Pathclearer state triggered by Sacred Rite: Wolf's Swiftness, he will instead unleash a Mortuary Rite that deals thunderous AoE Electro DMG and extends the duration of Pathsworn Pathclearer.
When this skill is used, both CDs will be triggered. When outside of his Elemental Burst, the normal CD will be used. During his Elemental Burst, the Mortuary Rite CD will be used. The unused CD will still run in the background. For example:
If Cyno uses his Elemental Skill followed by his Elemental Burst, the skill CD will be shortened by 4.5s.
If Cyno uses his Elemental Skill 4 seconds before his Elemental Burst ends, the skill will have finished its 3s cooldown 1 second before the end of the burst. However, when the burst ends, the skill will re-enter its remaining normal CD of 3.5s.

Cyno's 5th Normal Attack under the Pactsworn Pathclearer state can be manually steered mid-animation using direction controls.
