The water cooled bone saw is a quest item in Fallout 76, introduced in the Wastelanders update.

Water cooled bone saws are meant to be used by the medical staff at Foundation, although there have been no emergencies requiring the use of it so far.[1] During the daily quest Vital Equipment, they may be recovered by the player character using the Foundation property tracker. They can also be randomly stumbled upon without having the quest.
