The Nunchaku (colloquially also known as Nunchucks) is a real-life weapon that appears in some games of the Double Dragon franchise. It consists on two wooden sticks held together by a chain or rope.

The Nunchaku is the backup weapon of Billy and Jimmy Lee, selectable from the beginning but with limited uses.
Super Double Dragon[]
Stated to be "Billy's favorite weapon" in the manual. They are generally wielded by enemies or rarely found lying on the ground for the player to pick up.
Enemies only use it to attack with a single swing of the weapon and will drop it by just hitting them once, at which point the player can pick up to weapon to use it themselves. When in hands of the player, the nunchaku becomes a deadly weapon, as it can perform a triple attack combo that goes through enemy blockings. However, the same rule applies to the player and the weapon will be dropped after receiving a single hit as well.
Double Dragon Advance[]
Several enemies use nunchakus as weapons, which can be used by the Lee brothers after defeating them.
