John Lee is a supporting character in the Double Dragon animated series. He is the husband of Marika and the father of Billy and Jimmy.
History[]
John trained under the Oldest Dragon alongside the Shadow Master, eventually earning the title of "Dragon Master" and the right to use the Dragon Sword. The Shadow Master, however, disapproved of John's marriage to Marika, his half-sister, and revived the Black Flame, becoming bitter enemies with his brother-in-law. Later, when the Shadow Master kidnapped Marika and the infant Jimmy, John delivered Billy to the Oldest Dragon to keep him safe.
John is not seen by his sons for the rest of the series, but the search for him is a recurring subplot. It is eventually revealed that he trained Vortex.
