Certain characters show “content not available” after buying celebration pack

After buying the celebration pack, 4 characters are now showing “content not available” for some reason. Dunno why and can’t figure it out. Tried reinstalling and lots of other fixes.

Battlefront 2 starcards, weapons and heroes locked. I launched the game and everything was there. I finished my game went to another map and I had 4 characters locked and all my star cards were locked. Please fix this issue.

Same for me on pc. Any luck with fixing it? Is EA even able to help us?

People are throwing out a lot of good ideas for fixes on the Star Wars Battlefront sub reddit.  Would definitely recommend checking out ideas on there, since they range from very basic to a little more obscure.  But there getting results.

The one that worked for me was a complete reinstall.

Lot's of issues:
-Issues connecting to EA Servers

-Not able to unlock/upgrade Cards, despite being well above the required level and having the appropriate conditions met

-Frequently lose access to characters or upgrades

-Currency frequently dissapears

What the **** is going on????

Game is Owned directly through EA
PC Specs are top of the line

Internet speed is immaculate

The only thing wrong is the damn game and EA Servers

Lost all my levels on assault and specialist. I lost all the gun progress too. But I still have my levels for hero’s and other special characters and heavy and officer.

Same here, Reinstalled the game after not playing it for a couple years and now all my Celebration edition stuff is locked after i played a match, All my currency is gone too.

Same issue, quite a few people I’ve played with are also experiencing this.
