All my characters levels in battlefront 2 have been reset

I uninstalled my game and once I reinstalled I lost all my credits and when I view my characters in collection it says there old levels but once I play as them it says level one and I don’t have upgrade cards same with my troopers

What platform are you on? All the progression is tied on our server not something you can remove unless you unlock your accounts. @Smus_06

@EA_Aticyes i had forgotten about that i couldn't get my old account back so i had to make a new one last year and so does that mean i can not be helped?

Yeah if you unlink your account you will loss all progresses, if you link it back your progress might come back. @jaxedoval
