Game unplayable since moving to EA

So since moving to EA from origin, the game has become unplayable. After i load up the game, i become stuck on the main page, i cannot click anything or go onto another screen. my cursor does not show on the screen therefor making the game impossible to play.

The switch to EA app happened quite a while ago. Are you just now picking back up with SWBF2?

Perhaps, attaching a DXDIAG report will help others determine what's going on.
