Lorelei and the Laser Eyes Review
amazing
Lorelei and the Lasers Eyes' puzzles are clever, its vibes perfectly eerie, and the desire it evokes to uncover every inch of its intricately interwoven mystery is irresistible.

Summary
The stage is set. Imagine an old baroque manor, perhaps a hotel or a museum, somewhere in central Europe. Why are you here? Watch carefully, observe. Take a journey into nightmarish surreality, and answer these questions to solve the enigma of Lorelei and the Laser Eyes.
This game is like if Resident Evil got rid of all of its combat and dialed the puzzles up all the way. Or like an expansive 15 hour long escape room that gradually intensifies in difficulty as you grasp the way the puzzle-maker(s) think. It also has the open-world-ish nature of something like The Witness, which saves you from banging your head against the same thing over and over as you can hop between puzzles and come back to something you were previously stuck on with a fresh perspective.
I also found the story satisfying in the end, which I wasn't particularly invested in for a good deal of the game, but once it becomes clearer what is happening and has happened, the plot elements take on new and interesting perspectives. Wonderful game overall!
