Certifications and compliance

ISO 27001:2013

CSG achieved ISO 27001:2013 certification in June of 2018 and continues to evolve securely by systematically and continually reviewing and evaluating security threats and vulnerabilities.

SSAE SOC 1

CSG’s SSAE 18 / ISAE 3402 SOC 1 Type II Report provides a description of the CSG control environment and the results of the external audit of the CSG-defined controls and objectives.

SOC 2 Type 1 and CSA Star – Enterprise Cloud Services

CSG’s SSAE 18 SOC 2 Type 1 and CSA Star Report for Enterprise Cloud Services Report provides assurance that CSG’s service commitment and system requirements for Security and Availability are achieved.

CSG is a PCI DSS v3.2.1 Level 1 Service Provider and our compliance assessment was performed by a highly respected third-party assessor.
