She is a brown human as she is a tooth fairy. She has brown hair with a tooth-shaped crown. She has green eyes with black eyelashes, a nose, and a mouth along with red lipstick. She also wears a blue dress with wings and holds a blue toothbrush. She also wears blue sandals.

"The Whole Tooth"[]

When SpongeBob and Patrick talk about the Tooth Ferry, Squidward thinks that they are talking about the Tooth Fairy.

"Ain't That the Tooth"[]

After SpongeBob and Patrick knock Dorsal Dan off the cliff, SpongeBob finds out that Dorsal Dan is not the real tooth fairy as the real tooth fairy comes. SpongeBob and Patrick are happy to see that it is the real tooth fairy. She congratulates SpongeBob and Patrick for collecting teeth all night as she uses her magic tooth brush to turn SpongeBob and Patrick into tooth fairy assistants. SpongeBob and Patrick collect Dorsal Dan's tooth for a coin as the Tooth Fairy later appears at the end of the episode.
