We’ve also reached out to Insomniac whether we’ll be getting patch notes today and will update the article again if we hear back.
While Insomniac Games has not released the official patch notes just yet, the studio did acknowledge the issue yesterday and said that there is a hotfix on the way. Well, this patch is that hotfix.
⚠️ We're aware the latest game update may have inadvertently allowed access to a development game menu. There's a hotfix on the way.
Please note that using this menu could corrupt your saves and trophy progress.
There is no risk associated with playing the game as intended.

There is a chance that more fixes are included in this update, though we can’t be 100 percent sure until Insomniac releases the official patch notes.
Because of the development bug accidentally being accessible, it seems to have leaked the existence of the Beetle DLC! While nothing has been announced by Insomniac Games, it does seem like it’s just a matter of time until we hear of it.
If you notice any other changes in this patch, leave a comment below and let us know what you find. Once the official notes are out, or if any official announcements are made, we’ll add it to the article.
More Marvel Reading at MP1st:
Well hopefully any scheduled additional content that was planned still gets released within a timely manner and they don’t change what they already had planned because of this debug menu that was accidently made available.
Since it was their fault and not a leak, I can’t see them delaying it.
