Maz Tabor is a member of the Blood Eagles in Appalachia.
Background[]
Maz established a set of rules for advancing rank within the gang, including a requirement to challenge another member in a game, knowing the rules of said game, to avoid cheating and that the best of three matches would win. If the higher ranking Blood Eagle lost the match, they would be forced to step down willingly or "walk the plank."[1]
Some Blood Eagles, like AshTrey, were frustrated with Maz. AshTrey believed that Maz had sent his men to the Rollins labor camp so that they could be whittled down by Scorched attacks.[2]
