High Voltage Hefe, or High Voltage Hefeweizen, is a consumable item in the Fallout 76 update Wild Appalachia.

High Voltage Hefeweizen, often shortened to Hefe, is an alcoholic beverage whose name comes from hefe, the German word for yeast, and weizen, the German word for wheat. It uses the energy-based fusion cell for the "high voltage" part of the brew's name.
Similar to other fermentable beverages, High Voltage Hefe is initially crafted as fermentable High Voltage Hefe, offering no benefits and having a significantly high disease chance of 9% until fully fermented. It shares its model with the regular unlabeled beer. High Voltage Hefe can be crafted using the brewing and distilling functionality of Wild Appalachia.
