Spoiled fruit is a consumable item in Fallout 76.

Spoiled fruit will appear in the player character's inventory whenever a piece of edible fruit has fully rotted. While they can still be used as a food item, the player character has a severe risk of catching a disease and as such, is not recommended for use, and should only be consumed as a final option. A more practical use for the spoiled fruit is convert it into raw fertilizer at a chemistry station, at a rate of 10 spoiled fruit for one raw fertilizer.
