Ms. Clay was an inmate at Belle Reve and a recruit for the Suicide Squad.
History
She began as a fragment of Batman enemy Clayface, but grew into a distinct individual with her own personality and gender. An attempt by Arkham Asylum doctors to reintegrate her into Clayface failed when their bodies wouldn't meld. She was transferred to Belle Reve for observation.
Ms. Clay appears to have great potential for use in covert ops, as her powers allow her to mimic someone so completely as to fool thumbprint and retinal scans. Her persona changes to better fit the situation at hand, making it difficult to build a reliable psych profile.[3]
