The Jokerz are a street gang styled after the Joker.

History

The Challengers from Beyond witnessed Batman saving a couple from a mugging by the gang. Green Lantern speculated who the Jokerz were fighting under the Batman mask, be it Tim Drake, Dick Grayson, or someone else.
