WPX tech support is second to none - I have been a customer for many years and have never been let down, they are so fast and knowledgeable. I needed help merging a large website from staging to live tonight and Maria was outstanding in helping me, reaching out via email when our chat was disconnected to ensure the site went live - Thank you Maria.

Georgi was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and resourceful. Having WPX is like having IT support on staff they are always so quick and effective. I am not sure that I have ever had an issue that they haven't resolved properly and quickly.
The fast servers are the reason that I settled on WPX but the support crew are the reason why I won't leave them

I've been using WPX for the last 5 years and they keep blowing me away with their level of service! Today, Kosara offered to go and change the Name Servers on my domain, and while there she noticed an issue with my email servers and offered to fix that as well. Totally responsive and responsible. Love you WPX! Customer for life!

Georgi just helped me get domains activated on google workspace, working through a series of DNS record updates. He always goes the extra mile and just puts a smile on your face, as he not only gets the job done first time, he pushes through with determination till the job is completed to perfection! Resolving all my issues from cPanel down to inserting ads.txt file is now so simple with the help of amazing WPX customer representatives. They are always cheerful and willing to help me with every step on the way. They literally don't let you do anything but they take full responsibility while cheerfully resolving your issues. WPX.Net Hosting - the best for Wordpress & WooCommerce we've seen out of the dozens we've tried. The performance reviews are true, they really are blazing fast and can handle quite a load on the servers. We are with the $49.99 / month plan.
Customer Support is legendary, anyone can host, but WPX is more willing to address issues and go deep with you than anyone we've ever encountered. We are primarily using them for our own businesses, but in the future I would consider a career in web development with this company behind me.

Dealing with web hosting providers can be a nightmare. Believe me, I know all to well. Dealing with records, adding CNAME and all of that kind of stuff can be super stressful for someone like me who is not very tech savvy. Stoyan has been absolutely wonderful from Start to finish. It's my very first time trying to create a website, and I was lost. My domain had the wrong DNS address, I had no idea how to add a SSL certificate, and I have to admit that I didn't think I would receive this kind of support from a live chat operator. Long story short, within minutes, Stoyan had solved all my issues and went above and beyond to make sure the process wasn't overwhelming for me.
I just joined WPX today, and I'm already blown away by the level of customer care I just received.

This is THE best hosting company in existence. I don't mean to be rude, but tried with Godaddy and bluehost and one more I can't recall, and they all were typical experiences that kinda sucked. WPX is soooo different. It is literally the only customer service I actually dont mind reaching out to and they exceed my expectations every single time! Thank you!!
