Top Class, Every Time

Been working with SiteGround for a number of years now. The hosting is reliable, cheap, and fast.

They recently added an additional feature for enhanced support. It's a premium feature but it's worth every penny.

We've had many cowboy developers "fix" things over the years, always ends in isaster. Over the last few months SG have helped us repair many of our issues.

Couldn't be happier.

I had a problem with my contact form cashing

I had a problem with my website at 12:33 AM (Canada time) and chatted with Ms. Borislava Nikolova, she helped me fix the issue with cashing of my contact form right away. It was such a blessing to have her helping so quickly and resolving this stressful situiation.
Special thanks to Ms. Borislava Nikolova of SiteGround. She was so competent and quick to identify and solve the problem!

Sorting out email recipient problems…

Gabriel was very helpful in sorting out my email issues. At the end of it, it wasn't my site at all that was the problem, it was the recipients! He also helped guide me with other issues I had without a problem. I was answered within a minute! Fantastic service Siteground!

Siteground have the most excellent…

Siteground have the most excellent customer service I have ever experienced with a company. If you are a tech novice like me, than I wouldn't hesitate to use them. They are helped me countless times and have answered my questions on the spot, and usually are able to just fix the problem for me straight away!

It was not great, it was totally aw

It was not great. It was as I expected. That is great to me compared with all the arrogant know-it-alls at Microsoft who think we (the 99%) should abide by their (the 1%) ideas.
No wonder the world has troubles. We should all be humble and admit we don't know everything, and that other people see things from a different angle. None of us are computers, and the instant we get one thing right, we become arrogant and think we are smarter than everyone. Duh!

Thanks to SiteGround customer service for their meticulous help. They saved me a lot of trouble in the process of building the website. Every time I communicate with SiteGround customer service, I feel their friendliness and professionalism, which makes me feel at ease. SiteGround's customer service responds very quickly and can always solve my problems within a few minutes. The service attitude is very good. I am very satisfied with the professionalism and quick response of SiteGround's customer service team, which is one of the reasons why I chose them.

I only use Siteground

As a graphic designer who manages 30+ websites, I only use Siteground (since 2016). They have the fastest servers I've ever seen. Every website is zippy from the start. They never try to upsell you on things you don't need (lookin' at you, GoDaddy), and they don't hassle you if you have billing issues. Fast, fair, and freakin awesome service. Highly recommend.

Amazing technical customer support team…

Amazing technical customer support team at SiteGround. They are concise, helpful and efficient. I've had experience with various other hosting companies in my career, but this is top rated for sure. They are always polite, professional and they explain in plain language what you need to know.Five stars!

First, I'm not good with computers, so I need help alot and SiteGround always makes solving issues simple for me. Ivan helped me redirect a domain that I recently purchased and made it so easy. Siteground: An exceptional and trusted hosting company

I've been with Siteground for several years by now and hosts several sites with them, and they have never once failed me when it comes to excellent technical service and assistance. As well as brief extensions for bill payment, which is greatly appreciated of course. Siteground is a highly recommended hosting company!

I was extremely frustrated as I had…

I was extremely frustrated as I had been trying for some hours to get my email to send from my MacBook. Your agent was kind, patient and put me at ease - as well as solving the problem I had. Such a nice bloke, he has the patience of a saint!

Poor service

Poor service. My online store was automatically updated renewed and charged me more than $600. I thought it was okay . However my online store site did not work well. Customers could not make any order from my store. No item can be added to shopping cart. After checking we noticed that limited my store functionality due to their limited service I used.
They started with a low price and then gave you so many problems after to force you to upgrade to high cost service level.

I decided to cancel my service and requested to get partial refund as being told by their refund policy. Because I still have 9 months left. Then then support team told me they could not refund me the rest.

What a joke... be cautious of the tricks.

Regarding the renewal and refund, our records show that your account was renewed for a 2-year period, and you’ve been using the service for the past 14 months. According to our refund policy, which you can review in detail here: https://my.siteground.com/support/kb/do_i_get_a_refund, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all shared hosting accounts. For renewals, full refunds are available if initiated within 30 days from the payment date if the new term hasn't started. Partial refunds are possible if the new term has started, but only within the 30-day window. Since more than 14 months have passed since your account renewal, we are unable to issue a refund in this case. We apologize if there has been a misunderstanding regarding our refund policy.

Concerning the problems with your online store, we've located a ticket from April 2023 regarding a resource usage issue. Your website had used all its allocated resources for the month, resulting in a temporary suspension. At SiteGround, we implement a fair usage policy to ensure stability and optimal performance for all clients within our shared hosting environment. Each plan is assigned a predefined number of resources, and we actively monitor usage, sending notifications when usage reaches 80% and 90% of the limit. If the usage exceeds 100% and no action is taken, we temporarily disable the website to protect the integrity of our servers.

The agent assigned to your case concluded that the heavy resource consumption on your website was most likely due to a piece of software (in most cases, a plugin) either not working properly or having badly written code, which results in it constantly making calls to your website. The agent also provided tips on how to optimize your website and minimize the consumption of resources. Based on our logs, you had not contacted us since then, leading us to believe that the issue had been resolved.

SiteGround is the best! I have multiple sites and was with 2 other hosting companies in the past. I was able to talk to a human today and also get chat support as I am rebranding. It's so user-friendly and their support is outstanding!

The best host I have ever used

The best host I have ever used. I've worked on the web since 2005 so I have used many different hosting companies over the years including many of the big guys that were advertised by popular figures in the industry such as Media Temple. I have also run my own VPS servers using Vultr and others. Sitegrounds servers are excellent, their caching is excellent. Their GUI is excellent everything just works as it should.

Best of all their support is absolutley first class.
