San no mai, Shirafune (参の舞・白刀, Third Dance, White Sword; Viz "Dance Number Three, White Sword") is a technique of Rukia Kuchiki's Zanpakutō, Sode no Shirayuki.
Description[]
Rukia calls out the name of the dance, which allows her to gather moisture in the air to the tip of Sode no Shirayuki and create a blade of ice. This makes it possible to alter the length of the blade and repair the blade in the event that it is broken.[1] After piercing its target, it continues to freeze any surrounding objects, including the immediate area.[2][3]
