Bulb Scatter (バルブスキャッター, Barubusukyattā)[1] is a technique used Numb Chandelier.
Description[]
Numb Chandelier has protrusions all over her Hollow mask. They hold seeds which Numb Chandelier can fire as projectiles towards her opponents and prey. If a Human is struck by one of those seeds, she will possess that part of their body and control it. If they are struck on the head then Numb Chandelier can control their entire body with her will.[2]
