So I bought Battlefront 2 today via PlayStation store and I cannot download the game.
The error says I don’t have enough free space. There’s over 100 GB free on my PS4. Game requires 20GB.
I saw someone had a similar issue but a thread was closed with no solution.
I tried rebooting the system but it didn’t help.
Can anyone help?

Thanks for the answer @EA_Barry
I tried doing as you suggested. Unfortunately rebuilding the data base didn't help.
I did managed to download the game though!
I've submitted a ticket to Playstation and their answer solved the issue.
It turns out that Star Wars Battlefront 2 requires about 70GB of free space with all service packs. I had over 100GB free so it seemed the game should download.
PS4 software however, will block the download if you don't have twice the amount of the required free space.
So to download the game you actually need about 140GB of free space!
After deleting some unused games my download succeeded.

Booting your console in Safe Mode and then choosing Option 5, Rebuild Database should fix this.
Let us know either way, thanks.
