Convorees (singular: convor) were yellow-feathered birds native to the Trandoshan moon Wasskah.

Biology and appearance[]

Convorees were small avians native to the brier forests on Wasskah. They had short bodies with round heads and large eyes. They had a long curled tail to grip tree branches as well. They used teamwork to defeat one of their predators, the momong, by dropping them off the limbs of trees.[1]

They were remarkably similar in appearance to Kiros birds, but with different-colored plumage.[2]

These creatures were commonly adopted as pets, such as in the case of Aedalus, Erial and Vector.[3]

Behind the scenes[]

The convor also appears on a hand-posted bill created for the Clone Wars episode Missing in Action; however, although the document can be seen behind the counter in the Power Sliders diner, it is too far away to actually see the pictures and the text. According to the episode's Trivia Gallery on StarWars.com, the Aurebesh caption says:

"TRANDOSHAN BIRD. BRING HOME THIS ADORABLE BIRD AND BRIGHTEN YOUR DAY. BETTER WHEN YOU BUY TWO" . "60 R. C."[4]
